Policies

Registration Fees - All registration fees are considered final and are non-refundable. In certain cases, Ally Academy NW may grant a credit towards a future course if the registrant is unable to attend and cancels no less than 48 hours in advanced of the beginning of the course. 

Feedback - Participants are encouraged to provide feedback concerning both the course material presented, as well as the presenter(s). Ally Academy NW will attempt to recognize and resolve all feedback in a reasonable mutually agreeable outcome. 

Certificates - Continuing Education certificates are distributed by email to participants within 72 hours of the completion of the course. Participants must have attended the entire course, engaged in any and all activities related to the course, and complete a course evaluation in order to receive their certificate of completion.
